Founded on relationships, not a roster.

CTD is a relationship-driven speaker discovery company. We don't keep a catalogue. We find the right voice for each room through trust, instinct and a deep understanding of human connection.

BUILT FROM TRUSTED CONNECTIONS.

CTD didn't start as a traditional agency. It grew out of Richard Green's long-standing relationships, especially within the SAP community, and from years of experience in rooms where the right voice made the difference.

Richard's background in sports information and talent partnerships gives CTD a rare mix of perspectives: business credibility, an understanding of how events actually run, and a feel for talent. From the start, the work was never about filling speaking slots. It was about understanding people and making thoughtful matches between clients and speakers.

THE PEOPLE BEHIND CTD.

Richard Green with Robert Horry

Richard Green

President & Founder

A veteran of corporate events and talent partnerships, Richard works on a simple instinct: read the room first, then make the introduction that changes it. From briefing speakers on the audience to solving the on-site surprises no one could plan for, he stays in the details from first outreach to final check-in. Speakers like Fortune's Geoff Colvin have partnered with him for more than a decade, and enterprise clients count on him to deliver.

Carmen Kimberling

Carmen Kimberling

Director, Sales & Talent Management

Carmen came up through enterprise marketing, building influencer and content programs for one of the world's biggest software companies, and brings that editorial eye to every curation: the story behind the speaker, not just the name. Today she leads talent discovery and The Second Half, working side by side with procurement, marketing and executive teams on the budgets, contracts and details that make a keynote feel effortless from the stage.

FROM FIRST NOTE TO FINAL BOW.

  1. 1

    UNDERSTAND & CURATE

We learn your audience, theme and objective, then bring a short, considered set of voices chosen for it.

  2. 2

    Prepare both sides

We brief the speaker on your attendees so they arrive relevant, and handle every detail in between.

  3. 3

    Show up

On site and on call through the event, ready for the moments no one could have planned for.

His optimism, attention to detail, and follow through were the traits event organizers dream of working with. Of course the event was a resounding success!

The best talks are felt, not just heard.

Authentic storytelling

Real stories, told by the people who lived them.

Earned credibility
